The Pavilions
This 2nd floor condo had a burst pipe, leading to most of the unit being destroyed. We contained the water saving the majority of the drywall with our advanced structural drying techniques. Due to the water damage, the home owner decided to do a full renovation. Our client was amazing to work with, and thrilled with the end results. It is always pleasure to work with our clients through the complete process, from stressful disaster to the perfect upgraded home.
The Vue
Water line behind kitchen sink failed, destroying most of the lower cabinets,. As well the custom maple shaker door and drawer fronts were not salvageable. The thin granite counter and glass tile backsplash made us have to think outside the box. To remove the old cabinets and install the custom boxes we made without damaging any stone or glass. With lots of patience, they were all in, and once again the countertop was fully supported.
Now to build maple shaker doors, and match the existing finish.
Constructing the doors was by far the easy part, stain matching a 15 year old kitchen and having to match the upper was a challenge. After spray staining with an airbrush, layers of glass like clear coat were applied. The result shocked our client, the greatest response we could ask for " I can't even tell they are new".
